*California clients require a physician referral prior to initiating nutrition services.

  • You may ask questions or discontinue services at any time
Services are collaborative and individualized, based on your goals, preferences, and needs.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee as outlined in the Agreement of Financial Responsibility provided to clients during intake and onboarding
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the practice’s discretion

Inclusive Intake & Client Language Statement

This practice uses inclusive, respectful language and welcomes clients of all identities and backgrounds. Intake forms provide space for chosen name, pronouns, gender identity, guardianship structure, and relevant cultural considerations. Information is collected solely to support respectful, affirming care.
