I help clients build balanced, confident relationships with food through a compassionate, weight-neutral, and inclusive approach
About Me
Hi, I’m Rochelle!
I'm a registered dietitian here to help you navigate nutrition in ways that feel sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned with your unique needs. I believe food is meant to nourish, connect, and bring joy — not be a source of stress or confusion.
I'm especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and adults, using flexible, strengths-based, and sensory-aware strategies to reduce stress around food and honor your preferences. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I understand firsthand how much traditional advice (nutrition or otherwise) can miss the mark, and I bring that perspective into how I work with clients.
As a weight-inclusive dietitian, I believe health isn't defined by a number on the scale, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach to eating. Together, we'll focus on building habits that respect your body, your brain, your lifestyle, and the cultural foods and traditions that are meaningful to you.
My practice covers a range of nutrition concerns through all stages of life: babies just starting solids, "picky" eaters/ARFID, tummy troubles, women's health, and chronic dieters ready to break the cycle. Whatever brought you here, I meet you where you are. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental. I honor your life experiences, body expertise, and health goals as we work together to make nutrition feel manageable and realistic.
Whether you're looking for guidance on a specific health condition, support for your child's growth and development, or simply want eating to feel easier and more enjoyable, I provide personalized care to help you feel confident and empowered. In every session, my goal is to give you practical strategies that support your energy, well-being, and long-term health.
Outside of the office, you'll often find me at the beach, tending my ever-expanding garden, or (on a clear night) gazing at the stars chasing the Northern Lights.
